The soils of great vintage winesThe naming AOC Great Vintage wine dates only from 1975. The identification of Great Vintage wines was made in two time. In 1983, a first decree defined twenty five places as producing Great Vintage wines. This list was completed in 1992 by twenty five other places, then in 2006 by a last place. There are thus to-day 51 soils which can refer to AOC Alsace Great Vintage wines. |
